As I’m sure you’re all aware, there’s an ace article about Jonny in the New York Times Magazine today and there’s this little story about how Thom, after their 1993 MTV Beach House performance of Anyone Can Play Guitar, jumped in the pool, but  water filled up his Doc Martens and the MTV production assistants had to save him from drowning.

He’s a big dumb and I love him.
